My first guess would be Gary Hughes. But it also sounds like Bert Heerink....

Both have never been on Ayreon and I think Arjen would like to have both on his albums. Can't decide, can't decide...

...

Nah, I'm sticking with Gary Hughes.

Several singers came to my mind, but the last part sounds like none of them. Great sample indeed, but I can't figure out who it is...

I had to transfer the file to my phone and listen to it in the toilet! Not wanting any frownes from my collegues but desparately wanting to hear and guess this one!

The things you do for, ermm, well, the possibility of perhaps guessing a vocalist and maybe earning a promo copy. Fun! Very Happy

I think part of this song will be a duet of two Forevermores.

I'm gonna send my collegues for a cuppa down the road so i can listen to the sample. Or should I play it out loud? I'm not ashamed of my superior musical taste Cool

No seriously, that's definitely not Roine Stolt. His style of singin is so very different from this sample, that I don't even know where to start...

I think it's either Bob Catley or Gary Hughes. Or some rather unknown volcalist with a great heavy metal voice. Smile

Heya. I removed your avatar for now, it was a little bit too big. You can re-size and get it back up again.

Thanks and welcome to the board!

He sounds so familiar, so I'm pretty sure this time it's someone I know. Magnus Ekwell perhaps... In the rougher parts he has a bit of Russell Allen influence, but I am certain he is not Russell.

Björn Jansson? This is one of the most difficult samples so far I think. Sounds good.
