I read in an interview that Dan considered me one of his influences. So I began listening to his music (Nightingale) and immediately loved his warm, dark voice. We e-mailed for a while and at some point I asked him whether he would be interested to be a part of Star One. He didn’t need a long time to think about it! Dan had a lot of his own ideas; he had even recorded everything at home first, so he had worked everything out already. Unfortunately he couldn’t join us on tour because he was working on a ‘Nightingale’ album. He’s a very talented man and we will definitely hear a lot more from him in the future. |
