The Ayreon pop-up store is located inside the 013 venue, in the small stage area. It will be open from Thursday 14 Sept, to Sunday, 17 Sept. You can access the store through the outdoor entrance from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you have a valid show ticket you can also enter the store via the indoor entrance from 7:00 PM to midnight.

Your best bet to still get a ticket is to try the private Ayreon Facebook fan group...many people's plans change in the months before the show and they aren't able to come after all. So they then want to sell their tickets. It's a private Facebook group, and you can find it here.

The other option is ticketswap.com.

We have a page here with some suggestions for lodging in and around Tilburg. You can also try the Ayreon City Camping, which is walking distance from the venue.

Together with 'City Camping Tilburg' we've set up a special 'Ayreon Camping' with different lodging arrangements: you can bring your own tent or caravan, or rent a tent, tipi or mini cabin. For practical reasons, you can only buy a maximum of 20 tickets per show. If you need more than 20, first of all, thanks for your enthusiasm! But due to limitations in the system you will need to make separate purchases, as we can't reserve or hold tickets for anyone.

There is no age restriction, but children 14 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. For our part, children are more than welcome! We're not planning any violent or graphic content, but the music is going to be loud, so please ensure you have ear protection for your children. Ear plugs are generally for sale in a vending machine at 013, but we can't take responsibility for the machine being stocked on the day of the show, so we advise you to bring your own.

013 does not have a designated children's section, but there are coliseum-style stairs going up the back, as well as a balcony, so it should be possible to get a vantage point that will allow the little ones to see the show.

Note that you are not allowed to put your child up on your shoulders because this blocks the view of people behind you.

Also note that there is no special children's discount price for tickets.

Yes! We will have plenty of Ayreon-related items at the merch stand. There are also plans for a special Ayreon pop-up store near the venue, where you can browse the available items, hang out with other Ayreon fans, and pick up any items that you've ordered online in advance. Some of the artists will also have special performances at the pop-up store, so it's something you will definitely want to check out!

The plan is to keep the set list the same for all shows, but we reserve the right to make changes if necessary.

No live streaming, but we'll be recording the shows for a future BluRay release (most likely not a DVD because DVD quality really doesn't work well on today's big screen TVs.

Somewhere between 2 and 3 hours is the plan! But oh man, if Arjen decides to give another one of his infamous long-winded speeches, all bets are off 😉

Some singers were simply not available because of scheduling conflicts, or they simply couldn't make a commitment so far in advance. We start planning and arranging these shows more than a year in advance.

In plain English: We can't offer refunds or exchanges due to scheduling changes beyond our control, as we hope you can understand. If any artist is forced to cancel, of course we will find somebody awesome to take his or her place. Don’t worry...whatever happens, we will make sure to make this an unforgettable event for you all!

The fine print: The announced featured guest artists have all confirmed their appearances, and as such are expected to perform at each of the shows. However, in the event that any guest artist or guest artists are forced to cancel one or more performances (such as due to illness, travel restrictions or a family emergency) such guest artists will be replaced. Any such replacement or any delay in the actual starting time of any performance shall not be sufficient grounds for exchanging or refunding purchased tickets, unless we are forced to cancel the performance itself. In other words, we will be putting on a first-class show full of talented performers, thus your enjoyment of the event should not revolve around the appearance or performance of any particular musician.
