The ticket sales for the general public start on 26 October at 10.00 a.m. CEST. But we have two opportunities for you to advance purchase tickets before the general sales start.

Anyone who has preordered the ITEC album through Mascot by 23 October at the latest will be sent a special email with a link and unique code. This will let you buy your tickets as early as 24 October, 10.00 a.m. CEST.

Subscribers to the Ayreon mailing list will be sent a special email with a link and code. This will let you buy tickets as early as 25 October, 10.00 am CEST. Subscribe by 24 October to be eligible!
We are not planning to limit the number of tickets you can buy with the advance purchase codes. Just to be safe, though, if you plan to order more than 10 tickets with your code, please email management@arjenlucassen.com so I can quadruple check this for you.

Yes, Mascot has a record of everyone who has preordered the 20th anniversary edition of Into the Electric Castle, and everybody is going to get an email with the special code and link.
No, purchasing any of the physical Electric Castle 20th anniversary items in the Mascot shop entitles you to the special code. (I.e., box set, earbook, vinyl). Just be sure to preorder before 23 October 2018.

Some singers were simply not available because of scheduling conflicts, or they simply couldn't commit to something so far in advance.
In plain English: We can't offer refunds or exchanges due to scheduling changes beyond our control, as we hope you can understand. If any artist is forced to cancel, of course we will find somebody awesome to take his or her place. Don’t worry...whatever happens, we will make sure to make this an unforgettable event for you all!

The fine print: The announced featured guest artists have all confirmed their appearances, and as such are expected to perform at each of the shows. However, in the event that any guest artist or guest artists are forced to cancel one or more performances (such as due to illness, travel complications or a family emergency) such guest artists will be replaced. Any such replacement or any delay in the actual starting time of any performance shall not be sufficient grounds for exchanging or refunding purchased tickets, unless we are forced to cancel the performance itself. In other words, we will be putting on an overall first-class performance full of talented performers and so your enjoyment of the event should not revolve around the appearance or performance of any one musician.
Yes! We will have plenty of Ayreon-related items at the merch stand. Note that VIP tickets give you early entrance, so you get a first chance to grab any limited edition items.

013 is conveniently located in the center of Tilburg. The "Tivoli" parking garage is right next door. It does tend to fill up, so you want to make sure you're there in plenty of time.

013 is about 1 km walking distance from Tilburg Central Station. For information about train schedules, please see www.ns.nl.

The plan is to keep the set list the same for all shows, but we reserve the right to make changes if necessary.
Somewhere between 2 and 3 hours is the plan!
There is no age restriction and, for our part, children are welcome. We're not planning any violent or graphic content, but the music is going to be loud, so please ensure you have ear protection for your children. Ear plugs are generally for sale in a vending machine at 013, but we can't take responsibility for the machine being stocked on the day of the show, so we advise you to bring your own.

013 does not have a designated children's section, but there are coliseum-style stairs (see the video here) going up the back, as well as a balcony, so it should be possible to get a vantage point that will allow the little ones to see the show.

Note that you are not allowed to put your child up on your shoulders, blocking the view of people behind you.

Note that there is no special children's discount price for tickets.
There is a platform that will fit 12 wheelchairs per show. For each show there is a ticket link...via this link the different ticket prices will be offered (regular tickets, VIP tickets, and 12 wheelchair tickets).

If all the wheelchair tickets are sold out, you can contact info@013.nl directly. They will make every effort to accommodate you, but please understand that there are limitations to what kind of arrangements can feasibly be made.
